Returns, Exchange & Refund Policy

We Put Customers first. Customer satisfaction is our priority. You can try our garments and initiate a return within 15 Days of receiving the product. We have a No-Questions Asked return policy, to serve you better on your next order, we ask you to select the relevant reason from the drop-down list while you are making a return. This information helps us to understand the reason of return and make sure your next purchase experience is delighted.

Please note that the return window cannot be accessed after 15 days of the delivery.

• You can return & exchange the product after 15 days from the date of Receipt.
• Please return your product (s) in the same condition as it was shipped. If the products are returned in poor condition, refund would not be provided.
• Shipping Charges are Non-Refundable.
• All Return Requests must be received within 15 days of delivery.

• Return Pickup will be attempted twice. If the courier company is unable to pick up the shipment. You will have to send the shipment back to the company address.
• For replacement of a delivered item, you are requested to place a new order and return the product while receiving the new product you ordered
• Once a product is exchanged and delivered, no further actions such as exchange or refund would be applicable to that order.
• Cancellations will only be possible till the order has not been dispatched from our warehouse.
• Kindly allow 15 days for the return to be processed and the amount to be shown in your bank account.

Please note Refund/Bank Transfer are only applicable for prepaid address / online payments made on our website.
